 Future Phase IV plans include a place where families, church groups, and corporate team building can come and have hands on experience in the operation of each of these business facilities. They can learn crafts or trades. They can learn to count money in a retail environment, have better work ethics and learn good work etiquette and how to show real southern hospitality giving them a better appreciation of the sacrifices of their ancestors. Stepping back in time to a simpler life where they can understand better and appreciate the roles of family, business, and community . . .
